Australian Customers
Orders will be dispatched within 1 working week subject to stock availability. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, it will be sent once in stock (you will be notified). Please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery to your address. We use Australia Post and partner courier networks to deliver your order within regular business hours Monday to Friday. Public Holiday delays may occur, if we envisage a notable delay you will be contacted. If you are unable to receive goods at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may be imposed by the delivering party.

International Customers
Orders will be dispatched within 1 working week, please allow 14 to 28 days for delivery to your address. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, it will be sent once in stock (you will be notified). We use Australia Post and international courier networks to deliver your order within regular business hours Monday to Friday. Public Holiday delays may occur, if we envisage a notable delay you will be contacted. If you are unable to receive goods at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may be imposed by your local delivering party. Please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.  

Exchanges (Terms and Conditions apply)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@corsacs.com (with your order number, full name, image of the product and reason for exchange) prior to returning your parcel. CORSA CS will not accept returned items without prior authorisation. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Exchanges are granted at our discretion. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and thus cannot service you without proof it has been delivered.

Refunds (Terms and Conditions apply)
Refunds will only be given if the item is unused or defective. Refunds are granted at our discretion. Once your order has been paid for on our website, we cannot cancel your order. Refund claims for unused or defective products must be made within 14 days of receipt of your product.
