SHIPPING and RETURNS

Australian Customers
Once you place an order and payment is successfully processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We fulfill most orders within 3 days of order. Because of this we are unable to make changes to orders, including products, payment methods, shipping service, delivery and shipping addresses. If you placed an order and need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine the best resolution.

If an item(s) you purchased has gone out of stock, you will be notified. If you do not wish to wait for the item to come into stock, please contact us for a refund on these items. Any other item in your order will be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation when the out of stock item has been shipped separately if we do not hear from you.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery to your address. We use Australia Post and partner courier networks to deliver your order within regular business hours Monday to Friday. Public Holiday delays may occur, if we envisage a notable delay you will be contacted. If you are unable to receive goods at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may be imposed by the delivering party.


International Customers

Please allow 14 to 28 days for delivery to your address (normally quicker but we quote these dates incase of delays). We use Australia Post and international courier networks to deliver your order within regular business hours Monday to Friday. Public Holiday delays may occur, if we envisage a notable delay you will be contacted. If you are unable to receive goods at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may be imposed by your local delivering party.

Europe – Customs Duty is not due for goods, provided directly to you when their value does not exceed 150 euros. The VAT rate is the one applicable in the country where the goods are being delivered. VAT is not due when the total value of all goods in a consignment (value not inclusive of customs duties or transport costs) is less than a threshold. The threshold may vary from 10 euros to 22 euros, depending on the EU country.

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

International countries may be subject to additional customs and import fees. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Returns Policy
We currently offer free returns for Australian orders only. Please contact us to receive a return label for your order. You can return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be in new condition with no sign of wear and tear to be eligible for a return. In the case that the returned item does not pass quality inspection it will be shipped back to you as it was received. We do not offer free returns for International orders, please reach out to us for instructions on how to proceed with a return if you are located outside of Australia.

Have you received a faulty item?
If something wasn't right with your order please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll resolve the issue for you. We currently handle returns on a case by case basis. This allows us to find a resolution that is most adequate for the situation at hand, whether it is a refund, return, exchange or store credit.

If we determine that you are eligible for an exchange or refund, the item(s) must be in new condition and not used, in the same condition as delivered, with all original packaging. Before any steps are taken, we inspect all items thoroughly. Refunds do not include shipping costs unless there was an issue with your order, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Depending on the specific case, you might be subject to cover the returns shipping costs, which may vary.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and thus cannot service you without proof it has been delivered.

Refunds
In the case you are provided a refund please allow 3-5 business days for it to process. The amount will be deposited to the card used at check-out.
